Job Opportunity: Lead EC&I Engineer

Superior Recruitment Group is working with a major EPC to find a talented Lead EC&I Engineer to join their team. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) design within multi-discipline engineering, EPCM, or EPC projects, working alongside engineers and designers.
2. Serve as the technical authority for the EC&I discipline, supporting the Engineering Manager to meet business targets.
3. Manage projects primarily in the UK, with potential work across Europe and other regions.
4. Oversee projects throughout their lifecycle—from concept to commissioning—in both greenfield and brownfield environments.
5. Handle projects of varying complexity and size across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Food.
6. Manage and complete EC&I engineering and design within budget and schedule, ensuring change control and consistency across disciplines.
