Qualifications

• QTS, EYTS or EYPS qualification required.
• Proven experience in an early years setting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of activities aligned with EYFS.
• Observe, assess and plan for key children with next steps.
• Mentor team members and contribute to curriculum development.
• Fulfill Key Person duties and support families with SEND/ASL needs.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment supporting emotional and social development.
