Busy Bees in Coventry is seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher to lead planning and delivery within the EYFS framework. You will mentor team members, manage observations and develop key children’s next steps, while fostering strong partnerships with families and supporting SEND/ASL needs.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS, EYTS or EYPS qualification.
• Extensive experience in an early years setting (ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher).
• Leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and delivery with your expert knowledge of the EYFS framework and age-appropriate activities.
• Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
• Mentor and guide team members, contributing to curriculum development.
• Take on the role of Key Person, maintaining relationships with families and supporting SEND/ASL needs.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment that supports children’s emotional and social development.
• Encourage and celebrate children’s development and achievements.
