Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and a strong interest in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and ability to apply child development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support growth.
• Lead Educational Activities: deliver EYFS-aligned activities promoting holistic development.
• Key Person Role: oversee development, care needs, and establish family links.
