Job summary

N Family Club in Fleet is seeking a Room Manager to lead a dedicated team of Educators in a dynamic nursery setting. You will champion our learning-through-play approach, guide daily routines, and deliver high-quality learning experiences that support each child’s development.

The role requires previous leadership in early years, Level 3 EY qualification, Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding training, and a passion for education.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of educators.
• Experience coaching and giving regular feedback to staff.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on families.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming environment in the room and lead the team.
• Implement learning through play and the N Curriculum with care.
• Be a role model for outstanding care and education for children.
• Drive continuous improvement and safeguard, health, and wellbeing standards.
• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to each child.
• Coach and motivate the team through development and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with parents and involve them in learning.
