Bright Horizons is seeking a Room Leader in Cambridge to lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and early years education. You will promote child welfare and safeguarding, and work closely with parents and professionals to support each child’s milestones.

You will foster an inclusive learning environment and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of safety and quality in the setting.

Qualifikationen

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

• Lead, mentor, support and inspire a team in the room.
