Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Redhill is seeking an Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification to join our nursery team and help create a nurturing, stimulating environment for young learners.

You will plan activities, lead a small team, and work within EYFS guidelines to support development and communicate with parents.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with salary £26,795–£30,300 per year.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in nursery or educational setting desirable.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire a team.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
• Build a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
• Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
• Manage daily routines and ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education.
• Follow the EYFS practice
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive approach to child development.
• Drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience and overall nursery environment.
