Job summary

LET Recruitment is assisting a private nursery in Manchester in finding a passionate Nursery Practitioner. The role focuses on maintaining a stimulating environment, communicating with families, and leading childcare and education programmes. DBS check and references are required.

Ideal candidates will have an Early Years Level 3 or higher, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for working with children. Roles available for both full-time and part-time hours across Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Early Years qualification - minimum Level 3.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality and stimulating environment for the children.
• Communicate effectively with the children, parents and staff.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programmes.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's development.
