Job summary

Storal's nursery in Birstall is seeking a Lead Early Years Educator (Third in Charge) to guide a dedicated team and uphold a warm, inclusive environment for children aged 0-5. You will model best practice and ensure safety and strong learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding
• Experience leading a nursery team

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels safe and valued
• Ensure high-quality teaching under EYFS and provide rich, stimulating experiences
• Collaborate with the Nursery Manager and Deputy to ensure smooth daily running of the nursery
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance learning and care
