Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics in Renfrew is seeking an experienced Dynamic Engineering Group Leader to steer the Dynamic Engineering team, oversee project delivery and promote technical quality and continuous improvement.

You will lead engineers and technicians, develop people, identify new opportunities, manage customer relationships and translate capabilities into client-focused services for a range of sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in vibration, structural dynamics, rotating equipment or related discipline.
• Experience leading engineering teams and projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience supporting proposals or account growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the Dynamic Engineering team.
• Oversee project delivery to meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Identify training, succession and capability needs.
• Develop opportunities for Dynamic Engineering services and cross-sell.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and internal teams.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear client-focused services.
• Lead the development of proposals, scopes and cost estimates.
