Job summary

JDR - Just Dynamic Recruitment is seeking a Lead Drainage Engineer to join a Cardiff-based team. You will lead a two-person crew, perform CCTV surveys, operate jetting gear, and ensure safe, compliant drainage works. You will also produce reports and drawings to client specifications.

The role requires a strong leader with experience in drainage, CSCS Green, and HWPJ certification. A full UK driving licence is essential and a company vehicle is provided where offered.

Qualifications

Essential on-site leadership for a small drainage crew.
CSCS Green card and HWPJ certification required.
Full clean UK driving licence is mandatory.
Ability to operate CCTV surveys and jetting equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead a two-person van team on drainage and specialist projects.
Carry out CCTV drainage surveys and coding.
Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment.
Undertake confined space operations in line with safety rules.
Deliver pipe rehabilitation and drainage maintenance works.
Produce drainage reports, drawings, and job sheets.
