Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Digital Workplace Product Owner in the UK, covering Nottingham and Hatfield locations.

You will maximise value from Workplace products and services by translating business needs into a clear product vision, prioritised roadmap and actionable backlog. You will collaborate with Workplace leadership, Delivery Managers, and strategic vendors to deliver secure, reliable and cost-effective solutions.

Formación

• Proven product ownership experience in technology-enabled services.
• Strong backlog management: writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder management across business, engineering, operations, security and suppliers.
• Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and product discovery techniques.
• Understanding of Workplace/End User Computing and collaboration services (M365, endpoints).
• Operational readiness and service management awareness.
• Strong data skills with dashboards, KPIs and trend analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the product vision, outcomes and roadmap for Workplace products and services.
• Own and prioritise the Workplace product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple teams to align priorities and communicate progress.
• Support delivery through discovery, design, build, test, release and adoption phases.
• Maintain governance, risk, and financial oversight for product changes.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
