Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Digital Product Designer to shape our online shopping experience across web and app. You’ll lead design work independently, from problem discovery through to delivery and iteration, collaborating with product, engineering, insight and creative teams.

You’ll balance customer needs with business goals, using research, analytics and design systems to craft accessible, polished experiences across channels. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital product design projects independently, from problem definition to delivery.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills across mobile, desktop and app.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing and benchmarking.
• Ability to combine customer insight, analytics and business context to justify design decisions.
• Experience designing experiments and iterating post-launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work from problem discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, optimization and commercial teams.
• Create journeys, prototypes and polished interfaces for web and app.
• Advocate for accessibility and design system contributions.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative evidence to assess impact of solutions.
