Job summary

CCL Solutions Group is seeking a Digital Forensics Laboratory Team Leader in the United Kingdom. You will manage and coach a team of DF Analysts, ensuring high performance, accuracy and adherence to ISO standards.

Reporting into Operations Manager, you will lead training, handle case load management, and drive large customer-facing projects while maintaining quality and compliance in a fast-paced forensic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UK residency and security clearance requirements.
• Experience as a practitioner or leader in digital forensics is essential.
• Familiarity with ACPO guidelines, ISO17025 and the FSR Code of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate DF Analysts to perform at high precision and efficiency.
• Provide coaching, training and competency development across the Lab.
• Manage case work allocation and monitor workloads to meet deadlines.
• Oversee quality, policy adherence and ISO standards within the Lab.
• Lead large-scale, customer-facing projects and ensure successful delivery.
