Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking its first Lead DevSecOps Engineer to own security across our product and technology estate. You will report to the Engineering Director and define a 12-18 month security roadmap, making secure choices the fast default for every engineer.

You’ll split time between strategic security governance, shift-left controls for DX and CI/CD, and hands-on security of AI workflows, including defenses against prompt injection and data leakage.

Qualifications

• Security leadership in fast-moving product engineering environments.
• Experience embedding security into cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD security and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define security roadmap and governance across 12–18 months.
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Hardening AI workflows and defending against prompt injection and data leakage.
