Job summary

Tech At Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to own security across our product and tech estate. You’ll work directly with the Engineering Director to define a 12–18 month security roadmap and embed secure defaults into paved road engineering practices.

The role requires deep experience in cloud security, IaC, and AI security, with the ability to influence squads and translate risk for executives. This is a senior individual contributor role with leadership impact.

Qualifications

• Deep experience embedding security into fast-moving product engineering environments.
• Experience with AWS ECS/Fargate and Google Cloud Platform.
• Infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD security, policy-as-code.
• Able to influence squads and communicate risk to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define security roadmap and governance; manage vendors and disclosures.
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and DX collaboration.
• Hardening auth, AI workflow security, and use of agentic tools.
