Job summary

Oho Group in London is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to own the internal developer platform and enable secure, reliable software delivery at pace. You’ll shape the Golden Path from local development to production, consolidating CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure as code across hybrid environments.

The role emphasizes technical autonomy, robust security practices, and high-quality engineering tooling. London-based, with a hybrid work preference and right-to-work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building or scaling developer platforms, DevOps infrastructure or CI/CD environments.
• Strong cloud-native understanding across compute, networking and storage.
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi.
• Scripting or systems programming in Python, Go or Bash.
• Experience embedding security, observability and reliability into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the internal developer platform and Developer Experience.
• Design secure, automated deployment patterns across environments.
• Drive modern CI/CD and GitOps across the organisation.
• Build and maintain infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Manage containerised workloads and orchestration at scale.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
• Build internal tooling with Python, Go or Bash.
• Improve platform security through policy enforcement and compliance-as-code.
• Establish observability and telemetry across the platform.
• Collaborate with engineers to make infrastructure self‑service.
