Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland is seeking a DevOps & Release Manager to join our Digital & IT function. You will lead a team of four DevOps Engineers, including offshore members, and own the design of our DevOps and CI/CD environment to enable secure and efficient software delivery across our digital platforms.

This hybrid role involves coordinating releases, supporting agile teams, and driving automation and governance across MuleSoft and Salesforce.

Competenze

• Experience leading DevOps teams and releasing software safely.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Proficient in scripting and configuration (Bash, Python, YAML) and cloud tech.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaboration with developers.

Mansioni

• Lead a four-person DevOps team including offshore members.
• Own design and evolution of DevOps and CI/CD environment.
