Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimise secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments. You will collaborate with architects, software engineers, testers, and infra specialists in agile teams to deliver resilient systems that meet critical mission requirements.
You will drive automation, IaC, and DevSecOps practices, enabling faster software delivery and cloud migrations while mentoring junior engineers.
Competenze
- Experience designing and delivering secure, resilient DevOps solutions.
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities across multiple platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerised architectures.
Mansioni
- Design, build and maintain secure, resilient, mission-critical systems with stakeholders.
- Automate deployment, configuration and operational activities using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
- Create, improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support reliable software delivery.
- Lead technical discussions and recommend DevOps tools and practices to solve project challenges.
- Support cloud migration initiatives and containerised/microservices architectures.
- Monitor, analyse and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
