TipTopJob is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to help set up an in-house capability, supporting DVSA's frontline applications.
Based in Uxbridge, with a contractual base at Yeading and future relocation to Yeading when reopened in 2028, the role offers flexible working and a pension.
You will design, build, and test software using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform, lead a multidisciplinary Agile team, and collaborate with external suppliers and DVSA stakeholders.
Location: This role is advertised as being based in Uxbridge; however, the contractual base will be Yeading.
Salary: A GBP 57,515 per annum (Plus an additional Government Digital and Data Profession allowance (non:pensionable) up to A GBP 24,915.)

While estate works are being carried out at the Yeading site, all roles will be temporarily located in Uxbridge. Successful applicants will therefore begin their employment at the Uxbridge location.

As a Lead Developer for Power Platform, you will be integral to setting up new in house capability in the team, taking on the support and development of current and future applications.

You will have proven experience of software development, with a detailed knowledge Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
As part of the technical steering team the role holder will also manage the definition and implementation of departmental technical development and test strategy to drive Digital plans across all DVSA customer facing services.
