Access Computer Consulting plc is seeking a Lead Developer to work on a hybrid basis in London (2–3 days on-site, the rest remote). This contract sits inside IR35, so you will operate through an umbrella company.

You will take hands-on ownership of NEC Housing/Asset Management ecosystems, handling environment management, configuration control, deployment pipelines, integration stability and data security across NEC core platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven NEC configuration experience.
• Hands-on environment management and deployment.
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
• Experience in public sector or housing IT environments.
