Your new role
Developing hands-on solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM. Responsible for technically developing IT changes and IT projects. Primarily code development focused, with additional management responsibilities for team, change, and technical focus.
Responsibilities will include:
- Directing activities to maximize effectiveness using an Agile, iteration-based approach.
- Identifying training and development needs and implementing training where required.
- Requesting and reviewing development approaches for project work.
- Ensuring documentation is created and maintained appropriately.
- Identifying and implementing departmental efficiency improvements.
- Ensuring development projects are delivered on time, meet business requirements and goals, and fulfill end-user needs. Assisting in identifying and resolving system issues.
- Working with business analysts to ensure a robust development process with audit controls.
- Defining the development tool set.
- Managing the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and enhancements throughout the GDC.
- Ensuring new software integrations meet functional, compliance, and interface requirements.
- Creating procedures and processes for system and software upgrades.

Your new role (continued)Liaise with network administrators and software engineers to assist with quality assurance, logic, and data processing.
Coach project and scrum teams in development standards and best practices.
Provide development support to internal IT teams as needed.
Produce project estimates and collaborate with analysts to ensure timely, quality delivery.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Coordinate release sign-outs to production.
What you'll need to succeedHands-on experience with C#, TypeScript, Power Platform solutions (Power Pages, Power Apps, Flows).
Management experience within a team using .NET, C# in an agile environment.
Experience documenting defects/enhancements and implementing solutions.
Proficiency with agile development methodology using Azure DevOps.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on data migration/integration experience with third-party systems.
Knowledge of audit requirements for development functions.
Strong leadership qualities to motivate and encourage teams.
Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and enterprise application development.
Experience with TypeScript frameworks.
Understanding of key business objectives and results achievement.
