Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Lead Designer, Layout in the Advanced Converters Group to tackle our most complex IC layout challenges. You will develop innovative solutions requiring in-depth analysis and act as a key technical resource for the organization.

About The Role

As a Lead Designer, Layout, in the Advanced Converters Group, you hold a senior technical position working on our most complex layout challenges. You will develop innovative solutions requiring in-depth analysis and expertise, while serving as a key technical resource and leader for the organization. Your influence extends across organizational boundaries, impacting significant business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develops solutions to complex problems requiring specialized expertise and in-depth analysis

  • Acts as a primary technical resource for less experienced engineers

  • Leads teams and complex projects with substantial business impact

  • Influences across organizational boundaries to drive technical excellence

  • Leads complex IC layout projects and mentors junior engineers

Must Have Skills


  • Technical Leadership: Advanced technical expertise with recognized influence in the organization

  • Expert-Level Design Skills: Expert-level proficiency in IC layout, architecture design, and process evaluation

Preferred Education And Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
