Job summary

Co-op is reshaping its Digital, Technology and Data function and seeking a Lead Designer to lead the Experience and Product Design team in Manchester. You’ll drive interaction design, accessibility, and end-to-end customer journeys across product teams in a hybrid setting.

You’ll coach other designers, shape solutions from discovery to delivery, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and strengthen design practice across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interaction design and usability with a portfolio showing complex digital problems.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading end-to-end design activity from discovery to delivery.
