Job summary

Perius Ltd. is seeking a lead designer to own how our work looks across the products we build for ourselves and the ones we build for clients. You decide the visual identity, the pages it launches on, and the marketing that carries it.

You will split your time between design and content, shaping the full arc from a blank page to an audience, with hours arranged directly with the director.

Qualifications

• Brand systems experience, not just individual artefacts.
• Comfort designing for the web and handing off cleanly to developers.
• Willingness to write as a significant part of the role.
• Ability to work without active art direction.

Responsibilities

• Design across client projects and our own products: visual identity, landing pages and marketing assets.
• Marketing for both: content, social, email and newsletters, website copy and SEO support.
• Brand assets for Perius itself, and the document templates that carry them: proposals, invoices, statements of work.
• Research and analysis to back up the design and marketing decisions.
