Job summary

John Sisk & Son requires a Senior Design Manager to lead design across a £50m veterinary college project in Hatfield. The role involves steering pre-construction and construction design, liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Travel across the regional geography will be required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in D&B, EPC/EPMC contracts, and design management, with extensive experience coordinating

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in construction related discipline.
• Strong understanding of D&B, EPC/EPMC contracts and procurement routes.
• Experience leading design teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of design across multiple projects or a large-scale project.
• Coordinate pre-construction and construction design processes with clients and internal teams.
• Manage design information, QA buildability and regulatory compliance.
