J Reddington Ltd, the design and delivery arm of the JRL Group, is recruiting a Design Manager based in Borehamwood. You will lead the design team, coordinate civils and structural RC works, and drive the design programme from concept to construction.

You will review information for buildability, ensure value engineering fits budget, and work closely with site teams to ensure information is fit for purpose and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams for civils and structural RC projects.
• Knowledge of DRM/IRS design processes and schedules.
• UK site experience and full design coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate internal and external design teams.
• Develop and review the design programme with consultants and planners.
• Ensure design deliverables are fit for purpose, buildable and within budget.
• Manage design delivery and reporting against milestones.
• Visit projects on ad hoc basis and support on-site design management.
