Job summary

Bupa Dental Care Peterborough, Market Chambers, is recruiting a Lead Dental Nurse to join Abigail Wheeler and a supportive team. The role is full-time (43 hours) with a structured weekly pattern and opportunities for development within the Bupa Dental Care network.

You will lead a team, ensure high standards of patient care, manage audits, and support clinical and reception duties in a collaborative environment designed for professional growth.

Qualifications

• GDC registered dental nurse.
• Experience in a leadership or senior nursing role (ideal for a Lead position).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists.
• Oversee reception and staff rotas.
• Set up decontamination of instruments and maintain infection control.
• Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Undertake some reception duties as needed.
• Lead a team with confidence and maintain a positive patient experience.

We are excited to be recruiting for a Lead Dental Nurse to join Abigail Wheeler and her fantastic team at Bupa Dental Care Peterborough, Market Chambers.

This is a full‑time position (43 hours per week) with the following working pattern:

• Monday: 8:15am – 5:45pm
• Tuesday: 8:15am – 5:45pm
• Wednesday: 8:15am – 5:45pm
• Thursday: 8:15am – 6:15pm
• Friday: 8:15am – 5:45pm
