Bupa Dental Care is seeking a Lead Dental Nurse for our Wallington practice. You will lead a small nursing team, maintain clinical excellence, and support daily operations while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with strong communication skills and empathetic approach.

• Supports the daily running of the nursing team, ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and compliance.

• Lead and supervise the nursing team to maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure safety, infection control and regulatory compliance across the practice.
• Collaborate with clinicians to deliver excellent patient care and smooth daily operations.

Join a modern, state-of-the-art healthcare clinic with 5 fully equipped treatment rooms and an experienced, highly motivated multidisciplinary team. You'll work alongside skilled nurses, healthcare assistants and a dedicated patient coordinator who will support you to excel in your role and deliver exceptional care to every patient.
