The role focuses on developing certification strategies, mentoring junior engineers, and delivering high-integrity safety assurances for a range of air systems. Hybrid working and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Deep practitioner or expert in platform certification or airworthiness.
• 10+ years’ experience including leading engineering teams.
• Chartered Engineer status with RAeS, IMechE or IET preferred.
• Experience in platform certification environment and safety assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on aerospace defence projects.
• Develop a portfolio of project deliveries and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams across air platforms and systems.
• Engage with clients to ensure airworthiness and certification compliance.
