Big Red Recruitment is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to own and shape the Databricks platform within a large UK organisation. This hands-on leadership role combines technical delivery with team ownership, delivering scalable data pipelines and trusted data products across sites.

You’ll work four days per week onsite in Huddersfield, with a permanent contract and salary up to £75,000. You’ll influence engineering standards, mentor junior staff and drive data architecture decisions.

Qualifications
