A leading company in the pensions sector is seeking a Lead Data Specialist to drive complex data projects and improve data quality while working with clients. The role involves project management, reporting, and delivering high-quality outputs, requiring strong technical and communication skills. A flexible, hybrid working environment is supported, promoting inclusivity.
The Lead Data Specialist is part of the wider Pensions Data Service Delivery (DSD) Team. The DSD Team is a revenue generating team within the pension administration business, responsible for data analysis, reporting and cleansing, delivering specific data improvement activities that align to clients’ strategic goals. Tasks can include data projects supporting Pensions Dashboard, buy-in, and buy out exercises, automation programmes, GMP rectification and GMP equalisation.
