Lead Data Scientist is a role for our most experienced and adept Data Scientists. You will be tackling some of our most challenging problems, ranging from structured data issues to image recognition.

The Lead Data Scientist will spend a significant amount of time developing AI solutions and solving business problems. They also have responsibilities to develop the wider team through structured training, collaboration, peer reviews, and technical sign-offs for models. This role involves working within our Operations Data Science teams and contributing to initiatives like our MLOps strategy, including model lifecycle management and governance.

• Develop, analyze, and implement AI solutions.
• Guide Data Scientists in approaches and techniques, encouraging broad thinking and capability growth through training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with managers, experts, and leadership to understand problems and deliver solutions.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in Data Science and AI.
• Provide training both within and outside your team.
