Job summary

WeMaintain is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to partner with the CTO on data strategy and to help scale a 350-person, four-country operation. The role sits within Product & Engineering and requires hands-on work across ingestion, modeling, and KPI definition.

You will own the data lake and dbt/BigQuery stack, build measurable insights for operations, and drive data-driven decisions across the UK, France, Singapore, and Hong Kong. English is the working language.

Qualifications

• Fluent in SQL, data lakes, transformation and ETL.
• Experience owning a data platform end to end, from ingestion to numbers discussed by leadership.
• Able to work fully remote across Europe and collaborate with multiple countries.
