Answer Digital Limited is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive data solutions across client engagements and to grow our Data capability. You will mentor teams, guide data-driven decision making, and contribute to shaping our analytics strategy while leveraging AI to enhance outcomes for clients.

You will design scalable, secure cloud data platforms, automate ETL workflows and oversee CI/CD pipelines, working in a consultancy environment with diverse sectors including healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or guiding others and helping clients to use data for better decision making.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and other backend languages.
• Experience mentoring junior data engineers and promoting knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based data solutions with a focus on scalability and security.
• Automate data processes and integrate ETL workflows; turn work into actionable insights.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment of data services.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships to ensure successful, high-quality delivery.
• Take a leadership role within the Data capability, supporting colleagues and planning initiatives.
