What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a small team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Owning the health and stability of a widely used data platform.
• Managing and enhancing a heavy Airflow estate within a GCP-based environment.
• Ensuring robust engineering practices and continuous platform improvement.
• Working with GCP and Airflow (essential)
• Familiarity with dbt, Terraform, Kubernetes (nice to have)
• Exposure to ChatGPT and AI innovations (a bonus)

• A self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experienced in line management, team leadership, and technical mentoring.
• Confident working within a modern cloud-based data ecosystem.
