AXA UK is seeking a Lead Data Modeller to head the data modelling function, driving enterprise data models from concept to implementation. You will provide technical leadership, design scalable models, and set standards across onshore and offshore teams.
You will translate business needs into robust metadata aligned with architectural standards, collaborate with analysts, architects and engineers, and ensure data models integrate with tools like Collibra or Erwin.

We're looking for a talented Lead Data Modeller to join our Data Modelling function, leading a team of modellers to drive our data strategy forward. You'll provide expert technical leadership and practical hands-on support in designing, developing, and standardising enterprise data models. Your expertise will ensure our data remains consistent, efficient, and perfectly aligned with business needs and architectural standards. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
