Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering data products, ETLs, Python automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Set technical direction across data ingestion, transformation, automation, and visualisation.
• Contribute hands‑on to architecture, design reviews, and critical-path Python, ETL, and dashboard development.
• Own operational outcomes including data quality, reliability, performance, and dashboard availability.
• Partner with TORC leaders, Digital Product Managers, and stakeholders to align on data needs and delivery priorities.
• Drive modern data engineering practices including CI/CD, automated validation, monitoring, and reusable data patterns.
• Translate risk and compliance needs into scalable data models, workflows, and insight‑driven solutions.
• Enable strong agile execution focused on measurable outcomes and business value.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, data accessibility, and trusted reporting.
