Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain data-driven infrastructure powering our services. You will lead a team, guide delivery, and collaborate with product, front-end, and QA to meet customer requirements.

The role requires strong Python, Spark, and data processing expertise, with hands-on experience in containers, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. A hybrid working arrangement is available in the UK.

Formación

• Experience as a Data Engineer with strong Python skills and data processing experience.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable data-driven infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deploy data solutions using CI/CD, containers and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and modern data stores such as Elasticsearch or MongoDB.

Responsabilidades

• Own team deliverables and define the delivery path.
• Lead the full data development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, front-end and QA.
• Mentor junior developers and grow team capabilities.
