Job summary

Credera is expanding its Delivery Centre in the UK, seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a close-knit engineering team. You will work with architects, support engineers and delivery leaders to enhance data capabilities for long-term client partnerships.

You will lead major delivery areas, mentor junior engineers and help shape cloud data platform strategies across AWS and Azure, with emphasis on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Back-end / data engineering experience across languages (incl. Python).
• Experience with batch/micro-batch jobs on AWS/Azure ETL services.
• Familiarity with data lakehouse concepts and AWS S3 data access.
• Experience with source control and DevOps tooling (Gitlab).

Responsibilities

• Lead significant areas of data delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery leaders and client stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers; drive delivery quality and velocity.
