BAE Systems in Samlesbury is seeking a Lead Data Analyst/Project Controller to translate complex project data into actionable insights across a diverse contract portfolio. The role combines analytics with project controls work, supporting decision-making and reporting.
You will analyse EVM data, maintain PMB, develop datasets for CAMs, produce monthly and quarterly reports, and collaborate with engineering and bids. Hybrid work with three days on site, salary around £59,491 plus DOE.

You ll play a key role in translating complex project and contract information into clear, actionable insights. This creates a highly diverse and challenging environment, giving you the opportunity to work across a broad portfolio and gain exposure to a wide range of projects.
You ll be working on F-35 contracts across all 4 delivery stream: production, sustainment, development, and growth, where engineering input is critical. In this role, you ll collaborate closely with project controls and engineering stakeholders to ensure leadership has access to accurate, timely data that supports effective decision-making across a diverse and complex contract portfolio.
