Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a hands-on Lead Data Analyst in London to lead a small analytics team within FX Data Analytics. You will turn complex financial and risk data into trusted datasets and Tableau insights for multiple risk and trading functions.

The role combines stakeholder discovery with SQL and Python delivery, data governance, and AI-assisted workflows in a hybrid working environment. You will modernise legacy flows and support cross-functional data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering trusted financial and risk data products.
• Strong SQL and Python capabilities with production data delivery.
• Advanced Tableau knowledge and data governance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead two to four analysts: set priorities, coach delivery and review analysis and code.
• Translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria with data platform engineers.
• Design, build and productionise analytical datasets, controls and Tableau dashboards.
