Job summary

Leading Global Investment Bank in London is seeking a Data & AI Development Lead to steer the design and delivery of data analytics, AI tooling and data infrastructure across the firm. You will lead the development of Power BI dashboards and reports, build scalable data solutions, and drive automation across the technology stack, ensuring data quality and governance from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis, reporting or data engineering.
• Hands-on Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query).
• Proficient in Snowflake and SQL for data storage and queries.
• Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Knowledge of data governance and data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and maintenance of analytics dashboards and reports.
• Drive automation using Power Platform and ServiceNow App Builder.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across Snowflake and other DBs.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow and Workday reporting and integrations.
• Champion data governance, quality and best practices.
• Provide SME on data lineage and downstream system dependencies.
