Job summary

Kainos seeks a Lead Low Code Engineer (Consultant) to manage teams and develop high-quality Low Code solutions that delight customers worldwide. You will steer technical decisions, mentor staff, and interact with clients to translate needs into robust software.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, learning new technologies while developing people and solutions across platforms and services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering modern software with Low Code and pro-code extensions.
• Technical ownership of Low Code projects including architecture, planning and user stories.
• Balancing technical decisions with user needs and constraints.
• Expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team delivering high-quality Low Code solutions.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to project teams.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and translate into deliverables.
