Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a strategy leader to shape the future of Customer Data Management across the UK and Ireland. This highly collaborative role brings together market strategy, customer needs, data, technology and commercial execution to identify opportunities, evolve propositions and turn them into clear business priorities.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop compelling customer propositions, and establish measures of customer value to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consumer data management or data governance.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgement in market strategy or product strategy.
• Experience working with customers in commercial contexts.
• Track record of leading cross-functional change in a matrixed organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills combining quantitative evidence with market insight.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts in clear, commercially relevant language.
• Curiosity about emerging customer needs, technology, regulation and competitive developments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the UK and Ireland strategy for Customer Data Management, including priority markets, customer needs, growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Use customer, market, regulatory and competitor insight to inform strategic choices and investment priorities.
• Shape compelling customer propositions and ensure they are supported by clear positioning, packaging and commercial models.
• Translate customer and market needs into strategic requirements for product, data, technology and operational teams.
• Develop business cases for new and enhanced capabilities, balancing immediate commercial opportunities with longer-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer outcomes and support the continued development of scalable data solutions and services.
• Establish meaningful measures of customer value and proposition effectiveness.
• Support Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing through clear value propositions, market insight, customer evidence and sector-specific narratives.
