LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a strategy leader to shape the Customer Data Management business across the UK and Ireland. This role sits in the Market Planning team, driving growth by aligning customer needs, data, technology and commercial execution.

You will translate insights into strategic priorities, influence senior leaders, and collaborate with product, data, and operations to deliver differentiated propositions across markets.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in strategy leadership and market strategy development.
• Experience with consumer data management, data quality or identity resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills combining quantitative evidence with market insight.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain UK & Ireland strategy for Customer Data Management and identify growth opportunities.
• Inform strategic choices using customer, market, regulatory and competitor insights.
• Shape propositions with clear positioning, packaging and commercial models.
• Translate market needs into requirements for product, data, technology and operations.
• Develop business cases for new capabilities balancing immediate value and growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer outcomes and scalable data solutions.
• Establish measures of customer value and proposition effectiveness.
• Support Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing with market insight and customer evidence.
