Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Band 7 CT Radiographer to join our imaging team across multiple sites. You will play a key role in leading the CT service, organising day-to-day operations and developing high standards of patient care in a busy, 7-day department.

You will communicate effectively, work with the team and supervise junior staff while ensuring training, competency assessments and adherence to Trust protocols.

Qualifications

• Good communicator and team player.
• Lead day-to-day running within the modality.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical CT radiographer staff and develop efficient CT service.
• Standardise protocols, manage patient bookings and waiting lists.
• Supervise and advise junior staff and ensure training/competency assessments.
• Contribute to 7-day service delivery and service improvements.
