BHRUT is seeking a Band 7 CT Radiographer to lead the CT service across King George, Queen's Hospital, Barking Community Hospital and the St George's hub. You will organise daily CT operations, supervise radiographers and support staff, and ensure training and appraisals are completed.

You will work flexibly, including weekdays, weekends and nights, in a 7-day department, with a probationary period for new staff. A proactive approach to service improvement and patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
• Current HCPC Registration
• Postgrad qualification in CT or equivalent management training

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical/radiographer staff.
• Standardise CT protocols and improve efficiency.
• Manage patient bookings and waiting lists.
• Supervise and train radiography staff and support workers.
