The Imaging Department at Whipps Cross Hospital, part of Barts Health NHS Trust, invites a Band 7 Radiographer to join a busy, multi-disciplinary team. The role combines clinical leadership with delivery of high-quality X-ray, CT and IR imaging in a 24/7 service, across a broad range of specialties.

You will supervise Band 5/6 radiographers, imaging assistants and students, deputise for modality leads, and mentor colleagues while promoting HCPC standards of proficiency in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Rotation through CT, IR and general X-ray to cover 24/7 service.
• Provide expert clinical radiography and lead the team.
• Mentor Band 5/6 radiographers and imaging assistants.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe and efficient imaging services across modalities.
• Supervise staff, manage patient flow and emergencies.
• Support 24/7 imaging provision and deputise for modality lead.
