Job summary

First Recruitment Group is seeking a Lead CS&A Engineer to drive civil, structural and architectural solutions for complex site infrastructure and modification projects in Warrington. The role can be offered on a contract or permanent basis, with a focus on safe, buildable CS&A outcomes.

You will lead design development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership through concept to construction, ensuring high-quality drawings and documentation are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Strong civil and structural drawing and detailing experience.
• Experience detailing temporary structures including block enclosures, scaffolds and weatherproof enclosures.
• Experience producing designs for specialist contractor delivery; nuclear experience desirable.
• Proficient in CAD/drawing editing software and familiar with Cimage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop layouts for security enclosures, buffer stores and external weatherproof structures.
• Define and coordinate the scope of internal and external strip-out and modification works.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, details and design documentation communicating design intent.
• Conduct site inspections to verify scope and interfaces and develop practical engineering solutions.
• Support delivery of safe, buildable CS&A design solutions from concept through construction.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are communicated and delivered.
